Runestone Ranch was founded by first responders and their families who know firsthand the hidden toll of the job. Through a proactive, preventative approach, Runestone combines peer support, immersive retreats, education, and practical tools rooted in shared experience and evidence-based practices to help first responders and their families build the skills, connections, and resilience to navigate the demands of the job before stress and trauma reach a crisis point.

The S.I.R.E.N. Project was founded by two firefighters who, after navigating their own mental health journeys, felt compelled to create a path to support others. They aim to offer first responders access to alternative mental health therapies, including psychedelic treatments and retreats, as well as to educate the public about these therapeutic modalities.

Knot On Call was founded by first responders who are passionate about healing their own. Through wake surfing days, lakeside community, and mental wellness support, they provide first responders with something they rarely ask for but deeply deserve: a break.

Their mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental health in first responders by creating safe, supportive spaces for them to reconnect with themselves, with others, and with peace.
